Establishing long-term collaborations with international organizations, donor agencies, and research institutions to amplify environmental conservation efforts. Collaborating with international government agencies, and private sector partners to scale the project. Mobilizing resources and technical expertise to sustain the initiative over the long term.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Developing systems to monitor tree survival rates and overall project impact. Periodic reporting to stakeholders and partners to ensure accountability and transparency.
